Apply and interview
Fill out an application and meet with a recruiter.

Onboarding
Set aside 1.5 hours to get started, get onboarded in ~14 days, and set your schedule, specialties, and bio.

Begin seeing patients
A majority of providers see their first patient ~7 days after onboarding is complete, patients complete a clinical assessment, get matched with patients who fit your experience, deliver care your way using evidence-based modalities, with in-person or virtual 55-minute sessions.

Document and measure care
Take notes and submit them in Compass, our EHR, within 72 hours, and access data to measure and improve care.

Ongoing support and compensation
Receive support from our care team as needed, get paid monthly, and earn bonuses based on the quality of care you deliver.
