Start Your Journey
Start by filling out a short application to speak with a recruiter who can get you started on your journey with Spring Health.

Onboarding Made Easy
Getting started is easy - most providers are fully onboarded within 14 days. You’ll set your schedule, choose your specialties, and write your provider bio, and get ready to meet your first patient.

Begin Seeing Patients
Most providers begin seeing their first patient within 7 days of completing onboarding. You'll be matched with patients whose specific needs align with your clinical expertise and focus areas. You’ll deliver evidence-based care - your way - through in-person or virtual 55-minute sessions.

Deliver Care and Improve Outcomes
Compass is our easy-to-use electronic health record (EHR) system, built to help you focus on your patients. You can manage notes, scheduling, and patient information all in one secure place. Compass also gives you helpful data and insights to understand how your care is working, so you can continue to improve and support better outcomes.

Ongoing Support & Compensation
You’ll have a dedicated care team to support you with clinical questions, technical issues, and scheduling needs. You’ll also receive reliable monthly payments for your sessions.
